1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bbab88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any service made available through the bbab88 website and associated mobile interface. By creating an account or placing any wager on bbab88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. bbab88 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. 2 Eligibility and Age Verification

If there is reasonable suspicion that a User is below the age of 21, bbab88 reserves the right to suspend the account, freeze available funds, and request documentary proof of identity and age before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed permanently and any deposits refunded at bbab88's sole discretion after investigation.

3 Account Registration and Responsibility

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on bbab88. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. bbab88 may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, address, or payment method at any stage, including but not limited to national identification, utility bills, and mobile banking screenshots.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bbab88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

bbab88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment options may be made available from time to time at the Platform's discretion.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within minutes of confirmation from the respective payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where operationally possible. bbab88 aims to process approved withdrawals within 10 minutes during operational hours. Processing times may vary due to payment provider delays, security verification requirements, or public holidays.

• Funds deposited on bbab88 may only be used for gaming purposes on the Platform.
• bbab88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider's own fee structure may apply.
• Deposits made in error or duplicated must be reported to support immediately — bbab88 will investigate and resolve such cases in good faith.
• bbab88 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time or high-value withdrawals.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bbab88 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, BPL, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any winnings derived from those bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount and, in some cases, to the sum of the deposit and bonus combined. • Bonuses are intended for single use per eligible player and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned.

• Players found to be exploiting bonus offers through low-risk bet hedging, arbitrage, or other systematic methods will have their bonus voided and may have their accounts suspended.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on bbab88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. In the event of any ambiguity between general Terms and specific game or sports betting rules, the specific rules take precedence for that game or market.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the player. bbab88 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, event cancellations, or evidence of match-fixing. In the case of a system or technical failure that results in an indeterminate game outcome, bbab88 will either void the round and refund the wager or replay the round, depending on the nature of the game.

• Players are responsible for verifying that all bet details are correct before confirming a wager.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event at bbab88's discretion.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and are independently audited for fairness.

7 Prohibited Activities and Fair Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bbab88 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise circumvent the Platform's systems or security measures.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using bbab88 as a conduit for any illegal financial activity.
• Creating accounts for or on behalf of minors under the age of 21.
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes.

bbab88 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the Platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or create derivative works from any content obtained from the Platform without the express prior written consent of bbab88. Unauthorised use of Platform content will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

bbab88 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbab88 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

bbab88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, or unauthorised account access. bbab88's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

bbab88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the terms of the bbab88 Privacy Policy. Your personal data is processed lawfully, stored securely using SSL encryption, and never sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12 Amendments and Termination

bbab88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material and substantive, bbab88 will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via an in-platform notification or email to your registered address. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your account before the effective date of the changes.

bbab88 may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you are found to be in breach of these Terms, or if bbab88 has reasonable grounds to believe your continued use of the Platform poses a legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balance will be voided; real-money balances will be returned subject to the completion of identity verification.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bbab88 Platform, you agree to first seek resolution through bbab88's internal complaints procedure by contacting [email protected]. bbab88 will endeavour to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days.

All times and deadlines referenced in these Terms are expressed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) unless otherwise specified.
